We Orchestrate Applause!

Bay Arts Alliance provides opportunities for cultural enrichment in Bay County through broad-based educational experiences and quality performances, including the Presenting Arts Series at the Marina Civic Center. Our goal is to foster a lifelong appreciation and enjoyment of the Arts. If you would like further information on Bay Arts Alliance and the programming we support, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Bay Arts in Bay Life

Bay Arts Alliance recently joined efforts with Rowland Publishing to produce the new arts and cultural section entitled "Bay Arts". This publication replaces the longtime "Bay Arts & Entertainment Magazine". With this partnership, we now reach 15,000 households in the Bay County Community. The section includes a cultural calendar of events as well as features on local aesthetes and cultural programming. Partial funding for this publication is achieved through the Florida "State of the Arts" tag program. Coverage and publication of local cultural activities is provided at no charge to the artists and organizations. If you would like to advertise in Bay Life Magazine and specifically to support Bay Arts, contact Rowland publishing via the link provided.

Backstage Pass

For 23 years with the generous support of our community business partners, Bay Arts Alliance programmed the Concerts in the Park in Downtown Panama City. We will not be continuing that particular series, but are proud to announce "something completely different".

Bay Arts Alliance announces Backstage Pass, a new concert series beginning July 24, 2009.

Peaden Air Conditioning - Heating & Mechanical along with Harrison, Sale, McCloy, Thompson and Duncan CHTD and Summit Bank want you to know it's way cool backstage. These sponsors along with our imaginative media partners, WMBB News 13, the Panama City News Herald and Magic Radio are proud to leak the secret.

In Backstage Pass the audience will appear on stage along with the band. Local Blues, Jazz and Cabaret musicians will perform at the Marina Civic Center on Friday night from July 24 through August 28. Guests will sneak through the backstage door and give the secret handshake (a $5spot) to get into this summer speak easy.

Although the music starts at 6:30PM, guests may arrive early for a backstage tour of the civic center.

No need to bring the lawn chairs, fans or the bug spray. We will also be providing full compliment of concessions amenities.

This new series line-up is in the works as we speak. Please click here for more information as it becomes available.
